My friend CEC application got rejected in September due to NOC and job dutie he applied but he did a mistake in
Family information wrote his brother date of birth 16 October in previous application and
15 in this application. Now he is asking me if it can be a problem. I told him it will be fine did I said right

Yes. If you want to be extra safe, get him to complete the form again and send it to CIC with a note identifying the error. If he has received AOR he will be fine.
