They will ask you to do one more blood test for the medical exam ,to check your liver function , if nothing serious it will be fine.
I have hepatitis and they approved my visa .

Just to add more to the good answer above, Canadian immigration has different standards when it comes to PR and WP. What may be an inadmissible candidate for PR may become eligible for WP.
