Having Work Permit of Canada,Need Visa from NewYork in One day

Hi

I am Having valid work permit of Canada,I want to get my VISA Stamped from US as I hold B1/B2 US Visa.
I wanted to know if I go "in Person" to NY ,Can I get VISA stamped on my passport in one day?

I would have visited Buffalo but Buffalo Consulate is Closed :-[
