I have stamped visa which was applied by my company for a client A. I didnt go for few reasons. Now client B having some work in canada for short term. Can i use same Visa or should i apply for new one?

Not enough information. Business visa or temporary work permit?

It says W-1 , Worker and multiple entries.

My company location in Canada is ON , MY new and old client location is QC

You need to get a new work permit before you can work for a new client. You cannot use the work permit you have now to work for a new company / client.

To get a new work permit, your new client / company will need to give you a job offer and also obtain an approved LMIA.

Thanks for quick response. So i need to go through the complete process which normally takes 4 months including stamping?

Yes - you must go through the complete process again from the start. The new work permit needs to be approved before you'll be able to start working for your new employer.
