respected seniors,
I am having completed two masters, master of commerce general, and in finance, can i get extra point of it,
And if any degree is by distsnce mode, wil it be eligible

The max points possible is for 1 Masters (or PHD.. but that is not applicable).. so only 1 Masters will count.. but then, for some Masters (exp some institutes in India / Pakistan especially), the equivalency has been given to Canadian Bachelors only.
Distance education depends on where you got it from (country, institute etc).. several people's have been counted whereas for some other cases I believe it wasn't accepted.

So maybe if you send all documents and let WES decide.... though if you have a Masters from Europe/ US, it will mostly be equal to a Canadian masters and 1 should be enough...

It all depends on how WES assesses your education. Use the following tool from WES to do a self assessment of your education

http://www.wes.org/ca/evaluations/preliminary.asp

In some cases, the courses and institution don't appear in their list. You can send all your transcripts to WES and see how they are grading your education. Multiple masters would not fetch you additional points than a single masters degree. It does not really matter whether it is distance or full time mode. if WES assesses your education to be Masters equivalent, then you can claim the points for the Masters
