Not sure if anyone else is facing this problem but it takes me about 4-5 tries to sign into my online application. I sign in using the GCKey and enter my username and password, after which a page appears which says "Welcome" and I press the continue button. When I press the continue button, it goes back to the cic.gc.ca page where there are two buttons for language selection. This keeps on happening in a loop and sometimes I do this for 6-7 times but still can't get to my online application.
I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and cleared all the cookies/Internet history still this problem persists.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?
