Having problem re creating profile - Please HELP

Hello Friends,

I am trying to re create my profile. I have managed to finish everything.
But I am getting stuck at education history. It keeps giving me error of being incomeplete. When I press yes in the column for " have got any credential assessment" It sometime gives me more options to fill more details sometimes it isn't doing so.

Can anyone shed some light on this....

It says this at the top of the page -

Check the list at the bottom of the form first to see information you have already saved.

•When you click "Save and Add", each period of study will be saved to the list.
•The fields will go blank to let you add details about another period of study.
•Use the modify or delete button if you want to change details that you have already saved to the list.

Now, even when I fill details and click save and add the fields don't go blank.

Navigate to another section and come back to look at this section again.

Logoff and login again to see what has changed.

Use Chrome (if you're using any other browser, that is).

I was getting the same problem with history section. logout and login again. then it ll be complete...

Okay, I think starting it again solved it. My profile is complete now I guess I have to make a new job bank account.

Would you be able to tell why does it say " Application/profile status - Pending Additional Criteria "
Is this because of the job bank account?
Also I have finished making my job bank account and it is working but how do I link the two.
