having my IELTS (unsufficient band in listenning) ,Should i start my application before passing TEF which will be my primary language or do nothing until it's passed .
What are the steps i should do now ? my employee is taking care of my LMIA but i want to know what i should do exactly now .

If French is your primary langauge, you will need to wait to complete TEF to create your Express Entry account and update it with your LMIA details.
