Having delay with Student Visa Permit applied Trinidad

Hello every one... Please i need your help and advice i applied for student visa permit via Guyana visa center, to be processed in trinidad on june 14, until now i have not receive any updates and school starts on the 6th of september... Any Advice we be appreciated
