My friend applied for CSQ, attended the interview and was issued his CSQ. He got married after and applied for his wife CSQ and it is taking a long time. His wife is also due to have a new baby. He knows after the baby he needs to add to the file again, so he is finding out if it is possible for him to;
1, To apply for his visa alone with his wife nor new born baby?
