Having COPR

I have COPR, I was planning to come to canada on 16th April. My tickets are booked but due to spread of Covid 19 Borders are sealed by Canadian Government. Please let me know Should I postpone my plan and cancel tickets till the condition becomes stable

There are a lot of posts on this forum but here is an official Canada Government instruction below . It is unlikely you would be able to board a flight but you should check with your airline both for travel and any refund or flight deferral option.
