Haven't received PR card after flagposting

Hi guys,

I already searched the forum if someone else is in my situation but coudn't find any.

I completed my flag posting. It's been like 50 days and I haven't received my PR card. Moreover, I will be traveling next week.

The latest data on the CIC site says that it takes at lease 52 days for new PR cards.

I still have a Temporary Resident Visa on my Indian passport which is valid until Oct 2016.

Will be sufficient to convince the airlines to board the flight back to Canada? How would they know my status unless I show them my documents?

Your TRV is no longer valid. It became invalid when you landed and became a PR.

You need either a valid PR card or a travel document to board the plane back to Canada. If you end up needing the TD, you'll need to apply for it once you are outside of Canada.
