Haven't received my file number

hello, I have submitted my application via mail from Saudi Arabia under family class spouse sponsorship and it arrived on Dec 7th. and I still didn't hear from IRCC nor received my file number. may someone please send me their email address so I can contact them and make sure they have my file. thanks for your help

the process is very delayed due to covid, so it will be a few months until you get your file number. even before covid this would be too early.

IRCC is months behind in processing applications - due to COVID. I sent my application in early March (inland) and it took 9 months to receive my file number (AOR).

You likely have at least a few months of waiting before you hear anything back from them.

Even before the pandemic, it took roughly 2 - 3 months before your get an AOR (the first communication from IRCC after receiving your application). As others have pointed out, it will be a few months more before you hear anything from them. And your package only arrived 2 weeks ago....
