It is my first time to apply in Canada. I'm confused and stuck into my head with this question. But first, let me tell you my scenario. I was married in 2004. I had my passport used using my ex lastname working in USA.In 2009, our marriage was annulled. After that I changed all my documents using may maiden name. It's been a long time. And now , I'm applying for TRV in Canada. Should I declare it? Are they gonna find out it I dont declare it? Please advise. Thank you.

If you had a last name change in the past and it was on documents such as a passport then declare the name change. Don't lie. IRCC and US Immigration share information.

Answer YES.
Just list ALL names used as instructed on the form (i.e. include your ex lastname). You should not hide or lie on any immigration application/form.
