Have you been Refused or Approved, don't give up

Hello my old and new friends. I have applied for my OWP after my wife's study permit was approved. It's been over a month now that I submitted with upfront medicals. My wife and I submitted online application last year and got refused after 10 days. We submitted paper application and this time, she applied first and got approved after 43 days, and I submitted mine right after her. I want to know what has your timeline been? How many of you guys got approval after waiting for a long time or got refusal after waiting for a long time. Can we all share our time lines concerning success or failure. I know we are all here to help each other, and with such information, we will have clear idea what to expect.
I am kinda nervous, but I have a bigger hope in the Lord to give me and all the others who are waiting the good news we are expecting.
We should keep this thread just to share history. By the way, who knows what is the process of the visa system in the embassy and why it takes so long time to process?
