Have you been getting replies back from CIC ?

Hi ALL,

I emailed CIC to confirm if my documents sent 15 days ago were updated or not. I did get the auto reply but no one replied to the email acknowledging it.

Previously whenever i updated them or asked a question they always replied.

Has any one been getting a reply these days ?

I just want to make sure my biodata and RPRF has been updated

Yes , I sent mail yesterday and got the replied back today .

on which email you sent questions to CIC and got reply after couple of days? Not talking about auto-reply, only getting real answer from an immigration officer.

from CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca . I meant by replied by VO not automatic reply .
