My EE profile expired on August 4th 2024 and I created another and was given a new EE profile number but i was declared ineligible( Strangely, with zero CRS).
Now I am filling another forms and confused as to what to answer for the questions "Have you applied to IRCC before? Have you applied for Express Entry before? What is your Express Entry File Number?"
What is considered an application to IRCC?
What is considered an application to Express Entry?
Is Express Entry Profile Number different from Express Entry File Number?
