have queries pertaining to Noc codes for Canada immigration. Kindly help

Hi! I have 1 year of experience as sales Trainee and then 1.5 additional years of experience in the same company as Assistant sales manager. After that I moved to my current company where my profile got changed and have been moved from sales to Digital marketing( Total experience in this company- 1 year ) which resulted in complete profile makeover. So obviously I have to use 2 noc codes out of which one has to be a primary code. But my question is will they still going to consider my experience as 3.5 years? Kindly help. Thank you.
