Have people started getting their work permits yet?

As of Dec 22, 2014 sponsored PR applicants can apply for a work permit before the principle decision gets made. People should be getting their work permits with in 4 months.

Are people getting theirs already? Is there a thread talking about these applications?

Also, we sent off our work permit and PR application 6 weeks ago, will we get some kind of receipt letter in the mail acknowledging they received our applications and it's in the system?
