Have not received ROA from inland Sept 2022 App yet

So me and my Fiance submitted our application via mail on the 18th or 19th of september this year. My main concern is the system transitioning to strictly online shortly after we mailed it out. Has anyone applied around the same time gotten their ROA yet? We're on month 2 with no contact, and with christmas approaching and mail services getting bogged down we're worried it might get pushed even further; which would delay her work permit as well. Is there anyone to contact in regards to this, or perhaps re-apply online? I assume just wait it out once sent, but most AOR I see come back within 1 month, and we even live 30 minutes from the case processing center the app was sent to in Mississauga

My application was sent on 9 September and was received on 12 Sept by IRCC. I received AOR last Friday 18 November. I would suggest you to wait till the first week of December and then try calling IRCC.
