I am so confused :( Is it a good thing that there is a new cap..
I am mailing out my application tomorrow and it will arrive to Nova Scotia on May 1st.. Does it mean that the count under NOC cap will reset or it has been now decreased from 12,000 to 8,000 applicants.
Last time it was appdated it was close to 7,000 applicants.. Does it mean once it reaches 8,000 they will no longer accept new applications? :(

Or it means that from May 1, 2014, to April 30, 2015 they will accept additional 8,000 new applications?
Should i send my application right away or wait so it reaches NS afetr May 1st ?

Can somebody advise please asap :(

Thank you!

Katie

Katie, Chill!
It says reset so it means the counter will be back to zero from May-1-2014 until Apr-30-2015.
Maximum completed applications will be 8,000.
Well, I still say as long as you are eligible then why wait?
Good Luck!
