Hi I have recently sent in my work visa extension and all so applied for sponsored residency under common law. Now I've been offers a new job and have to move closer do i need to send in more paper work to change my address and I'm sure it said that I had to send both of them together, how do I know if I am covered under the implied status??

You haven't provided very many details so it's difficult to answer your question.

How did you apply for PR? Inland? Outland? If inland, did you include an open work permit with your application? Are you in Canada now? What kind of work permit do you hold now and on what basis did you extend it? Do you still hold a valid work permit or has it already expired? If it has already expired when did that happen?

My current work visa says it's an open one, and expires 1st November, from what I gather because I am in Canada I applied under the inland for my pr and sent m both applications togeather

Unfortunately spousal PR is not eligible for BOWP. So you would need either LMIA to support your new job for a Closed WP or apply for change of status to visitor and stop working.

You're still not providing nearly enough information.

- What kind of work permit do you hold now? Yes - it's an open work permit. But what kind of open work permit?
- You said you applied for an extension to your work permit. On what basis did you apply for that extension? In other words, what qualifies you to extend your open work permit?

Your answers so far are very vague so difficult to help you.

So I filled out the IMM5710 for my open work visa extension and the IMM5589- IMM1344- IMM5409 FOR my common law residency sponsored application I did how ever just realised that I have applied to extend my work visa with my current employer can I change this what other information do i need to supply u with for your help?

When you apply for PR inland via spousal sponsorship, you submit an open work permit application (i.e. an application for a brand new work permit) - NOT an extension to an open work permit application.

You still haven't explained what kind of open work permit you hold now. You really need to answer all questions and provide complete information to get the best help here.
