HI there,
I am confused about this situation
I already have Canadian experience of over 1.5 years in NOC B but currently i am laid off and not working.
Therefore wanted to know if i create my file for EE right now without currently working will make any difference to get ITA or accept ITA.
Thank you in advance

Thank you, also can you please tell me in the section of EE where it says do you have a "Valid offer letter" do i need to say no there and have to show the funds?
You can say no valid offer.
Since you have more than 1 year of NOC B experience, if you meet the language requirements, you can continue to be eligible for CEC
