I have approved IEC letter/application, I have lost my credit card and cannot purchase insurance in time, Can I enter on a visitor visa then transfer to an IEC visa while I'm in Canada?

You can enter as a visitor. Make sure you check the visitor requirements - you most likely need an ETA.

Once you are ready to trigger your IEC, you will have to travel to a US/Canada land border crossing, exit Canada and then re-enter to trigger the IEC.

Yes, I have my eTA.

So I think Peace Arch is the closest land border crossing ( 1hr 45min from downtown, Vancouver )

Can anyone advise me if I require full immigration services or am I able to go with any land border crossing??
