My timeline so far is App received July 06th 2012 at CIC. SEPT 17th 2012 Approved to sponsor. DEC 04th 2012 PPR and interview for January 07th 2013. January 08th 2013 Denied visa :'( Received denial letter and Appeal instructions from Havana January 31st 2013 Dated January 11th 2013. Received CAIPS( Case Officer's Notes) March 05th dated March 01st 2013. Sent Notice Of Appeal via fax Feb 04th 2013 and Expresspost Feb 05th 2013 to IAD (Immigration Appeal division) Vancouver. Received letter Acknowledgement in receiving my Notice Of Appeal from IAD on March 05th 2013 dated Feb 28th 2013. I need to find a good Immigration lawyer or consultant for my appeal.Anyone know of one for Vancouver? ??? I hope to be granted an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) that will be successful to visa process. This is the quickest resolve otherwise it goes to a full hearing. These are my timelines thus far. Is it possible for someone to make a spreadsheet for the timelines when enough people are here on this thread?
