I downloaded an application to sponsor my wife plus her app. as well. Just wondering if it's changed in the last 4 months because thats when i downloaded it.

Look at the bottom of form for the date (bottom left hand corner) then go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp#sponsor and check the date of the forms there. Simple isn't it?
