how do you get the refund? i am in the same position. I paid it online after my application went into process. My VO is not in Canada and now they asked for RPRF. I've sent that receipt from the online payment, but have no answer so far from them. It will probably be most likely that I will have to pay again and apply for refund for the other payment.
