Has anyone changed their DLI and then traveled and got in without any issues at the border? or has anyone been denied entry after changing DLI without new study permit for the new DLI? please tell me ur experience.

IRCC rules are rather simple and pretty straightforward. Current rule for changing DLI is apply for a new study permit, unless you are actively studying at your previous DLI. You only have two choices: follow the rules or break them. Choice is entirely up to you. There’s no need to copy another rule breaker even if that person was able to pull it off. Personally, I would just follow the rules to spare myself from self inflicted headache later on. But that’s just me.
