Has anyone submitted an application at VFS Mumbai on/before 1st July? Plz reply.

Hey guys.. I have applied for student visa on 1st July at VFS Mumbai (Paper based) but I haven't got any reply from High Commission yet. Is anyone facing the same problem?
Do applications submitted at VFS Mumbai take comparatively more time to process?
My Course starts on 2nd Spetember 2014 and I need to arrange to be in Montreal by this date.

Well i applied on 2nd july general paper based visa application at vfs delhi. Still waiting
Some general paper applicant waited 30 working days to recieve visa

I did. I mailed them last week but didn't get any reply.. Let's see. I was thinking of mailing them again next week.

Is there any other way of contacting Delhi High Commission other than e-mail and online inquiry form?

Mails or calls are a waste of time. they never reply. all one can do is wait till its done.
