Has anyone rented Paris apt from one of the below?

My husband and daughter and I will be in Texas (United States) in March. We are thinking of renting with one of the following companies

Ø HUD Subsidized Apartments
Ø Holiday Park Apartments

Neither company has any real reviews. After I read of some other people losing money on apt rentals in Paris-we are a bit concerned
If anyone has information that would be great
