my passport was requested at cic uk (am currently in canada) i mailed it but it is held at customs uk requiring clearance from cvac but both the cvac and vfs have declined any form of assistance sayings its not their job and they only attend to applications in their office. am stuck, has anyone ever ha this situation. Please advice
