Has anyone been dynied entry to Canada at the border?

Hi there i was just wondering what the risk is if you are denyied entry into Canada while spondsership processing is underway. Would it effect the out come of the spondsership?

If they are simply denied entry into Canada - there shouldn't be a problem.

However sometimes people are not only denied but also issued an exclusion order (i.e. a ban from entering Canada) for one year. If an exclusion order is issued, this will certainly affect the application since an ARC will be needed to return to Canada before the year is out.
