We don't know any reliable Immigration attorney here. The stories of attorneys taking years to provide immigration status leave us in dellema as to how and from which attorney group to take services from. if anyone has reviews then please do help.

1. It has to be a lawyer that is accredited to the Canadian Bar, or member of CSIC. Most people do it themselves, as you are going to have to get most of the information anyway. First you have to see if you qualify, go to www.cic.gc.ca there is an eligibility tool there. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp
