Minors 14 and older are required to do biometrics. If younger than 14, they are exempt.

Thank you for your reply ...i been chat the vfs and they said that my minor child must be undergone biometrics because it depend on the type of visa

I'm not sure what you mean. Children under 14 don't ever do biometrics. It doesn't matter what the app is.
