I will soon have the PR and I already have the RTD. Really wanna travel down to New York and boston and planning a grand vacation to the southwest and west cost and northwest pacific next summer. Me and my canadian wife are very adventures, we camped across canada from Van to montreal. you think they'd give me the visa?

You keep on asking the same question. Until you apply you will not know because every case is different and you never know what directives are being given in the US to their VO or border agents. Until you get Canadian citizenship you will likely run into the issue of your citizenship and crossing the irregular border to claim asylum. Lots of places to visit in Canada or elsewhere in the world until you get citizenship.
