H4 Interview and Covid test question

Hi All,
I have my H4 stamping interview(NOT dropbox) coming up soon in the next 2 weeks. I have 2 questions:
1. How long does it take to receive the passport with visa stamped(if approved)?
2. Do people driving by road need to show a negative Covid test result at the border crossing?

1. If you have selected express shipping you would get it in 3-4 business days. In normal its 5-7 business days.
2. If you are fully vaccinated, test is not needed. But have to fill ArriveCan app.
