H1B_Visa Approved(but not stamped)

Hello Guys,

I have graduated in 2016 December Masters in Information Systems from Virginia International University. I finished my student visa in Dec 2019. I came to India in Jan 2020 to get my Visa stamped but because of lockdown it couldn't happen and I lost my Job and my employer suggested me to get my H1b transferred if anybody is ready to take me, I did consult many companies but I got answer saying that since you are out of USA nothing can happen . My H1b visa is approved till Sep 2022 is there any chance that I can go back again.???? Please any suggestions will really appreciate.

Your H1B is no longer valid since you've lost your job. Meaning that your status is no longer able to be transferred to a new company (you can only transfer h1B status within the grace period, or 90 days) and therefore, you need to find another employer to sponsor you all over again.

Were you in H1 status while in US after your studies? It can be transferred to any other company without new quota anytime from being there.
