H1B worker(in IT) looking for PR in CANADA

Hello friends,

I am working on H1B in as a project lead and my H1B is getting expired in SEPT 2011 , i am intrested to settele in canada , i was searching on the net to find the PR process , found that AINP is good program for H1B holders, however NOC (0213) is not listed in AINP program.

My question is still i can apply for AINP? or is there any way that i can migrate to CANADA?

Please help me , want to inform you that i do not have any job offer from canada.

Apply in FSW if you are not eligible in AINP

But he needs to be in North America in immediate basis as he seems doesnt wanna leave that Area.
like Ankit, you come back to India and apply for FSW1
