hi,
Can anyone throw some light into the process of applying for PR in Canada by a H1B visa holder in USA??
I read somewhere about a fast track route for them where the visa get processed in 2-3 weeks? Is there such an option???
Or the only way is through the conventional express entry way???

please share your knowledge on the same.

Could be the global talent stream although that's for temp workers with a 2-3 week processing time and not specific to H1B although some press might imply it is aimed there ?

Unfortunately you've misunderstood. There is no PR fast track process for H1B holders. You would follow the same process to apply as anyone else through the regular Express Entry program. To be safe, you should assume processing will take at least six months from the time you are accepted and submit your application (although longer is certainly possible). Also note that it typically takes applicants a number of months to prepare to apply.
