Hello Friends,
I have been working in the US for more than six years on H1B. I completed two Masters in the US as well.
I have a question regarding work experience letters.
I already submitted my application three weeks ago and paid RPRF on 25th August 2017.
I have provided all the information related to my work experience in the form of official letters from my past companies. I could however not provide the "number of hours" as my employers simply mentioned 'Full Time' instead.
Since I have been working Full-Time in the US on H1B for the past six years, will IRCC conclude/assume that I work at least 35 hours a week (this a requirement as no full time H1B candidate shall work for less than 35 hrs a week under any circumstances)
I have provided six month bank statements as my POF. While scanning the statements IRCC can see all the direct salary deposit transactions.
Please let me know if I am safe or the lack of explicit number of hours in my experience letters may result in my application being denied.
I thank you all for your help and answers.
Thanks
Madhur
