H&C on PGWP

I am currently on PGWP and unfortunately diagnosed with cancer. My parents are protected person here in Canada with PR application in process. Any chance of H&C approval even though I am medically inadmissible?

There's always some chance of approval. It depends on the specifics of your case and your reasons for applying for PR under H&C. Note that processing times are around 2 years right now for H&C application. First state approval seems to be taking 1 year to 1.5 years.
