My husband, my son and me are PR since 2005 and had our other kid abroad because personal issues. We are living in Canada since 2009 (all the family : me, my husband and 2 kids) as our younger son was given a TPR under Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds (TRV was denied).
We started our application on November 2008 (Vellegrille), then the file was sent to Mississauga office on February 2009 and so far nobody has contacted us even. Each year, we have to renew our son's TPR and we are very concerned about it. It is more than 3 years (36 months) since we started his application.
I called again to the CIC and now they told me that the application was sent to the Vancouver office but is not reflected on the web page. Can someone advise next steps or to whom can we contact to help us?
