Hey people, sent my H&C application in March 2017 they started processing sept 2017, checked ecas today and says decision made and that corespondence has been mailed out as of today’s date. Does this mean my application has been rejected? Didn’t ask for medical etc

Thanks in advance

Not sure what it means. You could try calling them to check on your case.

What was the basis of your H&C app?

In general no app can be approved without a medical exam.

I was 17 at the time both my mum and dad passed away. My sister and her husband live here in Canada and they wanted to support me while I’m here after what had happened...

Buy the time I landed I turned 18 a day later. So the lawyer said we couldn’t go down that route.

By "landed", I assume you mean when you got to Canada. You didn't need to be in Canada for her to sponsor you as an orphaned sibling. She should have applied while you were still 17.

Well I guess what’s done is done now. I guess I will wait for the decision made letter to see what they decided. I will be applying for express entry under CEC in July.

hi. What was your decision. I have the same case.
