i have been in canada for almost 5 years , i applied for humanitarian under sponsorship but how long will take , i ve been without work for a long time , they did send me a letter with a file number of 9 numbers is that mean i can apply for an open work permit or if not how long it take that i can at least work ? and do they take in consideration the years i been in canada or not ? im tired of waiting it s since 2011 i didnt work.
