I am pakistani citizen living in India since 2006 on LTV (PR bases) i have applied for student visa under general category from Ahmedabad Vfs for the GBM course Fleming college intake Sep 2016 got refusal. Again applied for GMCS, in that only reasons was insufficient funds and income of my father.
my profile
10 56%
12 78%
BCOM 58% (with one backlog)
IELTS 6.5 overall

Major Concerns
- many people are suggesting me to apply from home country? but in CAIPS it was not stated
- Should i apply again with correctifying my income and monetary status

please reply for such confusion

U applied by urself or thru agent, if not then go to a good consultant, they will guide u through that.

If the income was the only problem listed, then there is no problem with you applying from India, so just correct that and apply again, good luck.
(Adding a strong sop is a plus as well)

But i think gic payment will ensure your funding for studies in canada and that would give an impression to vo that you are capable for ur expenses in canada .

And ITR of your father alone for 7 lakhs ?? And i would say showing fds is not better than a gic payment.
