What are chances of getting visa after 2 rejections..

You need to work on the reason of the 2 rejections.............. example... if VO not satisfied you leave canada on completion of your studies... Make sure you convince and do some genuine paper work with strong SOP explaining that you will leave canada.

I beleieve you can always get the visa.

bro, I m re-applying with a new SOP with justifying my previous refusal reason, but my SOP is almost of 3 page, I cant shorten the content for more... so would VO read this long SOP?? (this time SOP is only weapon to get my visa, no change in file)
