Right so here goes,

1st year 5 backlogs,

2-1, 2-2 had to drop almost all the subjects because of ill health and flunked my bloody repeated re exams of first year

so that makes it 5+5+6=11

Third-year got well and changed to another college closer to home so that I could take care of my health

Fucking changed my lifestyle and cleared all subjects from 3-2 and cleared all my backlogs in 4 years

Worked for 4 years partime for 23 hours a week and then 2 years full time

toefl score of 108

got admission letter from private college Canadia degree college

So what are my chances of getting the visa

I cannot comment regarding the backlogs, but I would advise against going to a private college. Most are not eligible for PGWP.

nah man, I'll be getting my PR soon, but its just I want to go early to study, I'll get a salary hike with a foreign degree

It's just the student visa I'm concerned about

OK then, you have got to watch with private colleges as well, as some do not offer the same standard of education as public colleges. Others can comment on the backlogs though.

Would agree most private college degrees will not necessarily increase your salary potential.

thanks for the concern but I pretty much have projects given to me based on my python skills. It's just that it was suggested to me to get a foreign degree that's it

all I am asking is this, would it be a problem to me to obtain the visa

Russ6970 is right. Going to any PRIVATE college in Canada is very unwise. Industry normally just throws away their resumes. You are the lowest of the low on the hiring scale.

Well, this is even MORE of a reason NOT to go to a private college. Don't waste your money on this, it is unlikely to give you any advantage when accredited colleges and universities are pumping tens of thousands of new graduates every year.
