Gulf visa is expiring!!!

hi, i am going to apply to study permit on November for january 2017 intake but my gulf visa is going to expire on May 2017. is this going to be a problem?

Apply for your visa, hopefully you will get it by then.
In case if you dont get it (like what happened in my case), then submit your additional information using case specific inquiry tool.
When you will be in visa stream, you will get to know what is that case specific inquiry tool etc.
I will advise to apply visa asap. When you will get it you can decide your travel date as per your own wish.

Welcome.
I am working in Qatar. There is no sample (atleast i did not used), i just typed some words on company's letter head with a sihn & stamp of Accounts Manager, thats all.

hi thanks for your reply... i will be applying nov 1st 2016 and my visa is expiring may 12th 2017... and the processing times is around 8 weeks ...i wil get a reply from them before may 12th 2017 but my concern is will this affect the decision made on my study permit? i live in kuwait and the consultant agency here is telling me that i should apply early or otherwise it will cause a refusal to my visa.

please help!

Like as i said before, apply as early as you can. You will be on safer side.

In my opinion, there is no effect of visa expiring, as they know that gulf visas are renewed after every year.

And in other case, you might provide with your updated visa, once you receive it.
