Can someone please share the guideline to fill the standard personal data form to get HK certificate of no conviction?
I, being a spouse of the primary applicant, have questions on the following items in the application form:
1. Type of travelling document held: I was on work visa while in HK. I am not certain about the option I should select for this item.
2. To be completed by persons who held Hong Kong travel documents ONLY when departed from Hong Kong: Do I need to fill this section? I didn't stay illegally in the region and left HK before my visa expired.
