Guideline required for Govt. Passport

Dear All,

I need opinion from people in Pakistan working in Govt. sector, having passport status as govt. employee. kindly explain the procedure for filing application.
is it that way?
1. apply with govt passport
2. after PPR resign from job, change status of passport and then submit new passport to IRCC

urgent help is appreciated. can it cause problem for changing passport status 2 times?

I resigned from my job, got my passport re made and then created my EE profile. Since you are still working you can create the profile with your existing passport, provide the same after you receive your ITA. But you must send private passport post PPR for visa stamping.
